This week, Vivek will be on board the new P&O Cruises ship, Britannia, travelling from Gibraltar to Southampton.

Vivek will be holding his Indian culinary masterclasses in Britannia’s purpose-built cookery club. Guests will be learning first-hand from Vivek how to cook and present some of his favourite recipes in his signature style, marrying Indian spices and flavours with Western techniques and ingredients.

Vivek will also be serving at the chef’s table, where he will be cooking a sumptuous three course meal, where guests will also be able to learn a few tricks of the trade and a lot about his cooking style.
