Vivek Singh is set to be the chef-in-residence at Banyan Tree Bangkok next month! Vivek will be travelling to Thailand to host an invitation-only, exclusive cocktail reception and live demonstration for select guests at the hotel on 11th February. Vivek and the team will then be preparing an imaginative five-course tasting menu paired with wines at the hotel’s spectacular rooftop restaurant, Vertigo, from 12th to 14th February, perfect for Valentine’s.

Vivek’s cocktail reception will mark the grand opening of Bangkok’s newest sky-high cosmopolitan cocktail bar, Vertigo Too.  Vertigo Too offers a sublime, chic venue on the 60^th floor, with an arched canopy of stars.
