Vivek is Popping Up In Bangalore!
From Tuesday 3rd November until Saturday 7th November 2015, Vivek Singh will be sharing his culinary delights at the grand The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore for a special pop-up, to celebrate the run up to the 15th anniversary of The Cinnamon Club.
At Riwaz restaurant in The Ritz-Carlton hotel in Bangalore, India, Vivek and the team will be preparing and presenting a special themed lunch each day; Cinnamon Kitchen lunch, Cinnamon Soho lunch and Spice at Home lunch, showcasing some of the famed and favoured dishes for guests to enjoy. Guests for the Spice at Home lunch will even have the opportunity to see Vivek in action, demonstrating the preparation of some of his favourite dishes from his latest cookbook ‘Spice at Home‘.
Riwaz restaurant by night will be offering a fantastic a la carte menu, which showcases The Cinnamon Collection, through the years. For a really special treat, guests could even enjoy a 6-course tasting menu, with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available.
