Although it is the first year since the inception of Taste that one of our restaurants won’t be there, Vivek himself couldn’t keep away and have a series of demonstrations lined up for Cinnamon fanatics!

Vivek will be gracing the Chef’s Skills Theatre on Wednesday 18th June at 7:00PM, where he will be showing revelers how to de-bone and then cook a jungle curry chicken. YUM!

On Thursday 19th, you can catch Vivek in The Kitchen Garden at 7:00PM, where Vivek will be showcasing his BBQ skills utilising fresh vegetables from the garden.
