On Sunday 20th September, for one night only, Vivek Singh will be showcasing his culinary expertise for a special evening at the TemptAsian Rooftop Restaurant, at The Palace Hotel, Sliema, Malta. Alongside The Palace’s Executive Chef Joseph Xuereb, Vivek will be preparing a fantastic five-course tasting menu with wine pairings, including mouthwatering dishes such as Rajasthani spiced Tandoori rabbit tikka and cumin & chilli crusted seared beef.
